Marie's Notary started as an idea to conveniently provide notary services for those who are unable to travel, have tight schedules, or can't make it due to traffic . Our experience of finding time out of our day, dealing with stress, and having to rush through traffic before closing led us to resolve this for you.

Keeping it Simple

The State of California has determined the fees of Notary Services at $15 per signature.

* Please note that during peak traffic times or after 7:00 pm, the travel fee is increased by an additional +$35**.

Notary Fees:

• $15 per signature

Travel/Mobile Rate + $15 Per Signature:

• 5 miles or less: $35 + $15/Signature

• 5-10 miles: $35 - $60 + $15/Signature

• 10-20 miles: $60 - $100 + $15/Signature

Excessive Waiting (On Top of Travel and Signatures):

• Plus $45 per hour after the first 20 minutes
